We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients through our online chat platform. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and maintaining our reputation for excellence in dental care.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide support through live chat
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and resolving billing inquiries
  • Provide information on dental services and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
