We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative. Your role will primarily involve interacting with customers via our live chat system, providing product information, answering questions, and assisting with any issues or concerns. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role that requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via live chat to assist with product inquiries, orders, and other questions or concerns
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customers' needs
- Identify and escalate potential sales leads to the sales team
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by providing proactive and personalized support
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Assist with other customer service tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM software
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively in a team
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
