San Francisco-based boutique law firm, with New York office, seeks California-admitted litigator with at least five years' experience to provide general support in state court (and some federal court) litigation, including legal research, writing motions and handling discovery. Experience with intellectual property or Prop 65 litigation and counseling is desirable but not required.
