Litigation & Trial Practice / Antitrust Associate Attorney

LOCATION: Washington, D.C.

An AmLaw 50 international law firm is seeking an Antitrust Associate Attorney with 4 years of experience to join its growing antitrust team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on government enforcement, mergers, and counseling matters within the antitrust domain.

Candidate Profile:

•   JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

•   Active Bar Admission in D.C.

•   4+ years of experience in antitrust law, including counseling, investigations, and litigation.

•   Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired.

•   Prior government agency experience is a plus.

•   Excellent interpersonal skills, with regular client interaction and project management responsibilities.

•  Engage in a broad range of antitrust matters , including government enforcement, mergers, and counseling (link removed)>
