We are seeking a highly intelligent, ambitious, and versatile Attorney with Litigation and some Transactional experience in business, real estate, and/or probate.
Who Should Apply?

Key Qualifications
- Active membership in the California Bar
- 5+ years of experience in litigation involving real estate, business, and/or probate and trusts
- Willingness to engage in drafting business and real estate documents
- Strong writing, analytical, advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Some existing business is requested but not required
Compensation & Work Environment
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $300,000, based on experience, credentials, and a transferable book of business (provided in compliance with SB1162; actual pay may vary).
