Litigation Support Specialist

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $80,000 $100,000 + Benefits

Schedule: 35 hours/week + Overtime

What You ll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert for litigation support, managing complex document review databases and ensuring seamless data conversion.

  • Partner with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions, providing critical behind-the-scenes support.

  • Handle state and federal e-filings with precision and efficiency.

  • Work with cutting-edge tools like Relativity and Everlaw to manage and analyze case data.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a legal or litigation support role.

  • A Bachelor s degree or higher.

  • Hands-on experience with electronic discovery and trial preparation.

  • Strong command of litigation database platforms and a knack for problem-solving.
