Qualifications - Associate's Degree (or equivalent 2-year degree) or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting litigation and trial attorneys is required. Previous law firm experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of administrative systems including word processing and file management.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal court procedures and legal terminology.
- Proficient with electronic court filing processes and docket calendaring systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues, both in-person and virtually.
- Demonstrated proactive and adaptable approach with a positive attitude.

Primary Responsibilities - Prepare, proofread, and process essential legal documents including summonses, subpoenas, complaints, and discovery requests.
- Draft and manage documents related to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) matters with AAA, JAMS, and other providers.
- Ensure proper delivery of legal documents and correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials via mail, fax, or email.
- E-file pleadings with the Court and manage document distribution among client teams.
- Coordinate case deadlines and dates with the docketing specialist.
- Manage remote appearance logistics for court hearings using platforms such as Zoom.
- Interact with external vendors for necessary services like court reporting.
- Process invoices from vendors for accurate billing.
- Handle phone communications and schedule appointments effectively.
- Organize and maintain case files utilizing the firm's document management system.
- Assist attorneys with administrative duties, travel arrangements, and drafting correspondence.
- Run conflicts checks for clients using the firm's conflict reporting tools.
- Maintain confidentiality for all sensitive information regarding clients and cases.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00, plus bonuses and overtime.
