As we continue to rapidly grow our customer base over the coming months, we are looking for a litigation support analyst who can work with our clients to aid and ensure their successful use of Syllo. As a litigation support analyst, you will work with the executive team to understand and meet client requests and assist clients in a variety of ways to help them meet their litigation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with document review projects and other client-requested tasks using the Syllo product
  • Answer any questions from clients concerning the proper use of the Syllo product as promptly as possible
  • Schedule and lead calls with clients you are responsible for assisting
  • Take and organize notes on calls involving the clients you are responsible for assisting
  • Create and update dashboard with weekly action items corresponding to client priorities
  • Systematically track product improvement suggestions from clients and send these to the product management team
  • Develop and carry out protocols for testing various aspects of the product throughout their development
  • Test product and provide results of testing to engineering and product management teams in a timely manner
  • Help prepare members of the executive team for meetings with the clients you are responsible for assisting
  • Work with other members of the customer success team to develop, draft, and update internal documentation about the use of the Syllo product
  • Collaborate with the executive team to draft and publish resources on the use of AI in litigation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a paralegal or legal secretary
  • Experience with document productions in litigation
  • Experience providing assistance to attorneys with regards to technology
  • Experience with customer service would be ideal
  • High aptitude for learning new software tools

This position can be performed remotely (and we are especially interested in candidates in the Mountain or Pacific time zones to help support our growing west coast customer base) or be based in New York City.
