The candidate is responsible for the collection, processing, and management of electronically stored information (ESI) to ensure it is accessible for review and analysis. This role involves using advanced software tools to filter, identify, and prepare data for discovery, as well as ensuring data integrity and compliance with legal standards. By streamlining data management and providing critical support, the Litigation Support Analyst enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of legal proceedings.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Litigation Support Analyst position should possess a minimum of three years of practical experience in litigation support. A bachelor's degree and/or Litigation Support software certifications are preferred. This individual would demonstrate an advanced proficiency in litigation support software and tools such as IPRO, Relativity, Concordance, and Disco, along with a robust understanding of electronic discovery processes and ESI protocols. The candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have exceptional time management skills, allowing the candidate to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
