Job Details

Seeking a highly-motivated Legal Secretary and/or Paralegal to join our dynamic office.

Responsibilities:

  • E-filing; Litigation calendaring
  • State Court - Superior Court websites for reserving hearing dates, docket review, obtain case documents
  • Pleadings, motions, briefs - preparing shells for attorneys to complete draft and then finalize for filing
  • Great with Word and PDF edits
  • Bates stamping of documents
  • Experience with trial prep including exhibit, witness lists and trial notebooks is preferred but not required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Paralegal Certificate and Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Excited to learn and grow with the company.
