Litigation Partner - Bonita Springs Leadership Role with Growth & Support
A respected, Florida-based law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Partner with a portable book of business to join its Bonita Springs office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial litigator ready to elevate their practice with the backing of a collaborative, resource-rich, and strategically positioned firm.
The firm is recognized for its high-level litigation work, deep-rooted client relationships, and commitment to excellence across Florida's legal landscape. This role offers the autonomy of running your practice with the support of experienced attorneys, staff, and leadership focused on long-term success.
What You'll Do:
Lead complex litigation matters from intake to resolution, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial
Develop and execute litigation strategies in collaboration with a high-performing legal team
Continue growing and servicing your book of business with full operational and administrative support
Represent clients in state and federal court, as well as mediations and arbitrations
Play a key role in business development, mentorship, and firm leadership
What We're Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) and active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, ideally at the partner or senior associate level
Portable book of business (minimum $150K preferred, higher considered favorably)
Strong courtroom and client-facing presence, with proven results
Desire for a long-term home within a reputable and growing firm
