Title: Foreclosure Paralegal (On-Site)
Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 Annually, Depending on experience
Location: Southern Westchester, New York

You do not need foreclosure experience, if you ever landlord-tenant law experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare default notices, liens, and related legal documents
- Coordinate service with the process server and calendar court appearances
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain case files, documents, and deadlines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in foreclosures and/or landlord-tenant law
- Strong working knowledge of CPLR and FRCP
- Experience with e-filing in both State and Federal courts
- Familiarity with e-discovery processes and best practices
- A thorough understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
