The Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support high-stakes litigation cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage electronic court filings.
- Draft and finalize legal filings, including motions, discovery responses, and pleadings.
- Support attorneys with deposition and trial prep, including exhibit prep, digest creation, and scheduling.
- Maintain and organize case files, calendars, dockets, and document databases.
- Perform substantive cite-checking using Bluebook standards and ensure formatting accuracy.
- Handle management of legal processes start-to-finish, including subpoena coordination, and document productions using e-discovery platforms.
- Support hearings and trials through comprehensive preparation and document management.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For:
- Experienced litigation professional. You hold a degree and have at least five (5) years of Litigation Paralegal experience. You are well-versed in litigation terminology, court procedures, and rules.
