CEO Lawyer. is a personal injury law firm in Greater Atlanta, GA area that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Full-Time Paralegal to join our amazing team.
We are looking for a paralegal with both North Carolina and South Carolina of Personal Injury litigation experience. A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience is required, although the most qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of South Carolina and North Carolina PI experience.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Case Management experience
- Drafting Demands
- Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
- Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
- Drafting Discovery Responses
- Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
- Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
- Calendaring litigation timelines
- Conducting status update calls with clients
- Client update calls
- Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
- Assist in trial preparation.
