Our client is a 1000+ attorney global law firm in the AmLaw top 50. They strive to be a forward thinking progressive firm. Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with labor and employment experience for their San Francisco office.
3 onsite/2 remote hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation support throughout all stages of a case, including initiation, discovery, trial, and appeal.
- Apply strong knowledge of litigation and trial procedures, as well as rules governing federal, state, appellate, and administrative agencies.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating effective prioritization and adaptability.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless case progression and trial readiness.
- Perform detailed case management tasks, including organizing case files, preparing documents, and assisting with filings.
- Utilize strong technical, organizational, and administrative skills to support high-pressure litigation demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred and ABA-approved paralegal certification required.
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize shifting deadlines, and ensure compliance with pre-trial requirements.
- Proficient in handling large-scale document productions, e-discovery, and working knowledge of court and agency procedures (e.g., EEOC, NLRB, DOL).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and Teams; experience with platforms like Relativity, CaseMap, or TrueFiling is preferred.
- Salary: Up to 125K with flexibility possible depending on experience.
