Insight Global is seeking a mid-senior level litigation paralegal to join a prestigious international law firm client. This litigation paralegal will be a vital member to the firm's paralegal team, supporting the litigation department out of the firm's San Francisco office. The litigation paralegal will provide both administrative and research assistance to the partners, associates, and clients of the firm for all legal matters, and assist in the full trial process from inception to completion.


The day-to-day responsibilities may include:
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes, file management (electronic and hard copy), case calendaring, discovery-related tasks, and trial activities.
• Assist attorneys with document reviews (setup, coordination of hot doc binders, preparation of privilege logs, conduct searches as needed, etc.).
• E-filing with state and federal courts and assist with preparation of state and federal court filings in coordination with Managing Attorney's Office, including coordination of service copies, delivery of documents to Court, preparation of litigation backs, and other specific document preparation as required by the specific Court or Judge.
• Conduct research and draft and review routine legal documents as requested by attorneys.
• Work with outside entities (e.g. courts, government agencies, expert witnesses, corporations, vendors and other law firms) to gather information or coordinate activities as needed in support of upcoming depositions, trials, arbitrations.


Required Skills & Experience



• At least 7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal at an Am Law 100 firm
• Involvement in the full litigation process for complex commercial litigation matters - intake, discovery, trial, ect.
• Experience preparing and handling e-filings in state & federal courts
• Proficiency with Relativity, litigation support software (preferably LiveNote or CaseMap), LexisNexis, Westlaw, BloombergLaw, and MS suite applications
• Paralegal certificate or attorney attestation
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel for trials and work overtime if needed

Compensation $110,000 to $155,000 per year annual salary. This role is eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, level of experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.
