LHH is looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a busy and reputable law firm in Pittsburgh. This firm offers excellent benefits and compensation. Job Duties:
• Organize new file folders and trial binders
• Track daily activity through email alerts
• Update case files and trial lists
• Calendar important filing deadlines
• Prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal docs
• Draft motions for summary judgment
• Draft discovery and pre trial requests
• Summarize depositions, prepare interrogatories, doc review in Relativity
• Log and enter billable time
• Handle electronic filings in various counties and states
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• 4+ years of experience in complex litigation support
• Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Experience with State and Federal courts, including CM/ECF filing
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, forward-thinking, and a team player
