Legal Services Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience LHH is seeking an experienced
Paralegal to join our clients team in
Pittsburgh, with a focus on
product liability matters, particularly
pharmaceutical litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
medical records analysis and
summary preparation, and be well-versed in supporting complex litigation involving medical and pharmaceutical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Review, analyze, and summarize large volumes of medical records (chronologically or narratively) with precision and clarity.
- Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, trial preparation, and document management.
- Prepare medical chronologies, deposition summaries, and case summaries for use in pharmaceutical and product liability cases.
- Coordinate and communicate with medical experts, vendors, and outside counsel as needed.
- Organize case files and maintain document databases with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong preference for medical malpractice or pharmaceutical litigation backgrounds.
- Proven ability to analyze medical records and prepare accurate, professional summaries.
- Proficiency with litigation technology tools, especially eDiscovery Point, Case Notebook, and Relativity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Paralegal certification or degree preferred.
