Job Description:
We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal with experience or a strong interest in mesothelioma cases. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our litigation team and contribute to high-impact cases within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial and post-trial.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and filed correctly.
- Assist in the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in mesothelioma or asbestos-related cases.
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using legal research and case management software.
