TrustPoint.One is partnering with a powerhouse trial firm that represents individuals harmed by dangerous drugs, defective devices, and institutional negligence. We're hiring a mid-level Litigation Paralegal to support their Mass Torts Team-focused on docket management for large-scale cases across multiple jurisdictions.
What You'll Do:
• Own docket and calendar management for high-volume litigation
• Draft and e-file pleadings, motions, and correspondence in federal/state courts (ECF/PACER, NYSCEF, NJ eCourts)
• Coordinate discovery, manage medical records, and produce responsive docs
• Maintain real-time litigation updates in internal systems
• Serve as a liaison to clients and coordinate with co-counsel and court personnel
What We're Looking For:
• 2-10 years as a litigation paralegal (mass tort or product liability strongly preferred)
• Proven experience managing dockets and deadlines in MDL/coordinated litigation
• Proficiency in e-filing, legal calendaring tools, and case/document management systems (Litify, SmartAdvocate, etc.)
• Organized, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
