Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation support and possess strong administrative, writing and people skills. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with case management, document preparation, and legal research.

Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities

- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

- Organize and maintain case files and documents using legal case management software

- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role is required

- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to litigation

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal

- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft legal documents

- Experience in document review and case management

- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and procedures
