We are partnering with a reputable complex litigation law firm located in DTLA. They are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of specific class action wage & hour experience. Must have the experience to be considered for this opportunity. Job Description: Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff) with Class Action, Wage & Hour experience.
- 3 Years minimum specifically with Class action, Wage & Hour experience.
- Experienced preparing complaint packages, civil cover sheets, service of process, peremptory challenge of judgement assignments.
- Experienced working on class and collection actions. Focused of a docket of class action cases.
- Experienced E-Filing for state and federal courts.
- Understanding the class action process of preliminary and final approvals of settlement.
- Experienced with Table of Authorities and performing cite checks to verify validity of cited references.
- Must be proficient with MS Excel (Organizing and filtering large sets of data.
- Any arbitration or trial experience is a plus.
Area of law: Class Action, Wage & Hour (Plaintiff side)
Schedule: Hybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 days remote)
Hours: 9:00AM-5:30PM (Flexible)
