In this Litigation Paralegal role, the paralegal will work closely with attorneys to prepare documents, coordinate hearings and mediations, and jump right into client support. Independence is valued; collaboration is encouraged. Bonus points for Lemon Law experience.
A few things you'll be handling as a Litigation Paralegal:
• Collection and review of documents
• Calendaring and tracking court deadlines (because courts wait for no one)
• Preparing pleadings for State and Federal Court
• Summarizing court orders and judgments
• Investigating facts, digging through public records, and analyzing legal data
What you bring as a Litigation Paralegal:
- Mastery of civil litigation procedures and deadlines for both State and Federal courts
- BA degree and paralegal certificate
