Law firm in Downtown LA is looking for an experienced paralegal professional to support their litigation team in both federal and state courts from initial pleadings through trial and appeal.
What You'll Do:
️ Manage case files from inception through trial or settlement
️ Draft, review, and revise legal documents
️ Oversee document productions and assist with depositions and hearings
️ Cite-check briefs for accuracy
️ Support litigation technology and document review using iPro or similar platforms
What We're Looking For:
Meets California paralegal requirements under Bus. & Prof. Code 6450 (ABA-approved certification required)
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recent civil litigation defense experience in a California law firm or in-house legal team
Excel guru - expertise in PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables is a must.
Proficiency with iPro, Westlaw, Lexis, MS Office Suite, Adobe, and iManage
