As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys to manage litigation cases efficiently using our advanced tech tools. You'll play a crucial role in case preparation, discovery, and trial support while ensuring seamless communication with clients and legal teams.

Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Assist in case investigation, gathering medical records, and organizing evidence
- Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts
- Coordinate and manage discovery, including propounding and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
- Organize trial exhibits, prepare trial binders, and assist with trial preparation
- Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Utilize case management and legal tech tools to track deadlines and case progress
Qualifications:- Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new legal technology
- Proficiency in legal case management software (SmartAdvocate a plus)
- Experience with e-filing systems, cloud-based legal tools, and digital document management
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
