Litigation Paralegal
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $110K per year
Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite), Direct Hire
LHH is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a prestigious law firm in Irvine. The ideal candidate will have a major emphasis on civil litigation with 3+ years of experience. This is a hybrid role, with a focus on Complex Civil Litigation.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation matters
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and memos
Coordinate and manage document production and discovery processes
Prepare for trials and hearings, including organizing exhibits and witnesses
Maintain and update case files and databases
Provide administrative support, including calendar management and communication with clients
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with a major emphasis on litigation
Possession of a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
Must have trial attendance experience
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and corporate law principles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
