Trustpoint.one is assisting a major injury law firm in their search to find a dedicated Litigation Paralegal.
THIS POSITION CAN BE REMOTE BUT REQUIRED CANDIDATE TO BE ONSITE FOR TRIAL IN IRVINE, CA
The Need:
- Full understanding of law in Los Angeles (local court knowledge - LA and Orange counties)
- Trial prep and litigation support for multiple upcoming trials
- Experience drafting pre-trial documents
- Strong legal admin experience
- Supporting an attorney with 75 current cases
- Exhibit preparation
- Highly organized individual with excellent writing skills
- Cases involve security, premise liability and the like
- Heavily involved in communication with local police force
- Litify software is used internally (nice to have)
