What you'll do:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation
- Conduct legal research
- Utilize eDiscovery tools
- Work on cases like Class Actions, Anti-trust, and NDL's.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience at a large firm.
- ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate.
- Experience with State and Federal trials
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple cases.
