A well-established and respected mid-sized firm in the Houston area is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, high-stakes commercial litigation.
You will be involved in managing aspects of significant cases, conducting in-depth research, and providing essential support to attorneys. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of complex litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and document review.
- Manage and organize case files and documents.
- Prepare and manage discovery requests and responses.
- Assist with trial preparation and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience as a paralegal in complex litigation.
- Experience within a highly regulated industry or experience with cases involving large corporations is highly desired.
- Familiarity with large scale cases that may involve technical or scientific complexities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with document management systems and legal research platforms.
- Experience relating to natural disaster recovery, or sustainability is a plus.
