We are actively seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support our real estate client in their Glendale, CA office on a hybrid schedule (4 days/week onsite, 1 day/week remote).

We are actively seeking a Litigation Paralegal located in Glendale, CA with the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation experience with a preference for defense side.
- Experience drafting subpoena and discovery responses, as well as other formal letter responses.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of our organization.
- Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
Support our corporate client on the following:
- Prepare subpoena responses.
- Oversee outside counsel regarding eviction cases.
- Assist with preparing local counsel teams for court appearances.
- Open and close tickets in ServiceNow (prior ServiceNow experience not required).
- Review ticket backlog and escalate/resolve as needed.
- Keep CounselLink up to date and open/close matters therein (Prior CounselLink experience not required).
- Other responsibilities include maintaining spreadsheets, reviewing invoices, and escalating issues to counsel.
