We are looking to hire a full-time paralegal in our Fort Myers office with a minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
The successful candidate must show competency in the following qualifications and job duties:
• Provide legal support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness
• Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
• Conduct investigations and documentary research
• Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars
• Maintain the general office filing system
Qualifications for Legal Assistant/Paralegal:
• Familiarity with litigation
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in English
• Spanish speaking, a plus
• Working knowledge of case management software
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Punctual with strong attendance history
