Litigation Paralegal - Construction Defect & Personal Injury
Location: Denver, CO (1 day remote per week)
Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 DOE
Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a respected civil litigation firm in Denver seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their construction defect and personal injury practice group. This is a great opportunity to work with a team that values collaboration, work-life balance, and long-term growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to document-intensive or complex cases. Prior experience in construction defect or personal injury litigation is highly preferred.

What You'll Do:

  • Organize and maintain high volumes of litigation-related documents

  • Prepare and e-file pleadings, disclosures, and discovery

  • Draft and edit legal correspondence and litigation documents

  • Coordinate service of documents and manage deadlines

  • Schedule depositions, mediations, and court appearances

  • Assist with trial prep, including subpoenas, exhibit lists, and logistics

  • Review and prepare document productions (including redactions and privilege review)

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and general legal tech tools

  • Familiarity with Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

  • Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
