Job Details
- Assist with all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial
- Prepare legal documents and deposition materials
- Coordinate discovery process
- Create case chronologies, including evidence and exhibits
- Maintain and update litigation calendar
- Perform extensive legal and factual research
- Oversee and execute post-trial procedures
- Salary Range: $80-110k annually, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Paralegal certification highly preferred
- 5+ years' Litigation Paralegal experience
- Top-notch legal research, writing, and proofreading skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative
