Our client, a mid-sized Dallas Law Firm is looking for a strong Litigation Paralegal who knows litigation from intake to trial. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Litigation Paralegal Role
The Litigation Paralegal will support 2 partners and 1 associate with commercial litigation matters
Scan data into document management database
Calendar management
Prepare Attorneys for depositions
State & Federal E-filing
Communicate with courts and clients
Case law research
Draft legal documents
Work with E-discovery personnel to build specific case databases
Trial Preparation from intake to courthouse
Organizing case management documents
Draft shells for attorney review including correspondence
Schedule depositions, appointments and meetings
Fax, mail, copy and scan documents
Litigation Paralegal Background
6+ years working in a litigation law firm is preferable
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Westlaw, PACER/ECF, E-File Texas, and Adobe
Experience with Trial Director and e-discovery platforms (preferred, but not required)
Texas knowledge and TRCP experience
Strong internet research skills
Excellent communicator with team and assigned attorneys
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to communicate well with attorneys and other staff members
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic but very friendly office environment
Ability to make decisions
Excellent tenure is super important to this law firm
