Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated paralegal with a background in civil litigation to join our landlord tenant team in our Charlotte office. If you have attention to detail, take pride in providing excellent service and enjoy working directly with clients, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

As with any legal practice you should be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and pleasant with clients. We will keep your days but not your nights, evenings, or weekends, busy and challenging. We will also give you the opportunity to grow as we do. Your responsibilities will include:

General assisting of staff with administrative tasks that arise

Office runner (court, errands, etc.)

Preparing legal documents

Assisting attorneys in case management and scheduling

Regular client engagement through electronic mail and telephone

Qualifications

Previous work as a paralegal or legal assistant

Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

Strong communication skills

Ability to work with little supervision and to seek help when needed

Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work-product to both attorneys and clients
