We're working with a well-regarded mid-sized law firm in San Francisco to find a detail-oriented, proactive Litigation Paralegal to support their busy Labor & Employment practice. What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a critical role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, especially on Labor & Employment litigation matters. Your day-to-day will include:
Drafting and responding to written discovery (interrogatories, RFAs, RFPs)
Preparing and organizing deposition summaries, medical chronologies, and exhibits
Managing litigation case files, calendars, deadlines, and document production
Assisting with court filings in State and Federal courts
Supporting trial prep, including assembling trial binders and coordinating logistics
Conducting research and managing case documents in litigation support systems
What They're Looking For:
3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally with Labor & Employment exposure
Strong understanding of California court rules and e-filing procedures
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Experience supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation
A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
