JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time, hybrid Litigation Paralegal in Boston. In this role, you will receive a competitive salary range of $75K-$90K and a comprehensive benefits package.
As a Litigation Paralegal, your practice areas will include commercial, IP, employment, labor and benefits and gaming industry litigation. To give you a glimpse of this Litigation Paralegal role, here is some of what you can expect to take on:
- Assist with all aspects of trial preparation and execution, including drafting and organizing trial exhibits, managing case files, and providing trial support
- Case management
- Manage e-discovery and e-filing processes
The successful Litigation Paralegal applicant will have at least 4 years of Litigation Paralegal experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Substantial experience in all aspects of IP and complex litigation, with a focus on large case management, trial preparation, and execution
- Proficiency in e-filing in both federal and state courts, e-discovery and litigation software including Relativity
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and project management
