Highspring is looking for a contract (6+ months) Litigation Paralegal to support our client-a top innovator in the rideshare space. This is a hybrid role based San Francisco, CA, providing a unique opportunity to work in-house with a fast-paced legal team that handles high-impact litigation and investigations.
Pay Range: $27-$30/hour (W2)

What You'll Do:
Support in-house counsel on litigation and legal operations
Conduct factual investigations and assist in document collection
Draft research memos and summarize key findings
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel
Maintain organized legal records and files
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree + 2+ years of relevant legal experience
Must have prior in-house legal experience (corporate legal department preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to take initiative and manage projects independently
Tech-savvy, especially with Google Workspace, Slack, Excel, and Word
Lyft user and supporter is a plus.

Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certificate or JD not required
Minimum 2+ years of relevant legal experience, including administrative, operations, or project management support
Prior in-house legal experience is required (corporate legal department preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects with minimal supervision
Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships
Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), Slack, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Comfortable using and adapting to new technologies and systems
Passion for the rideshare industry
