Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday, 8-5 Hybrid schedule after training period

About the Role:

Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a Litigation Legal Support Specialist to join their growing litigation team. This is a great opportunity for legal support professionals with litigation experience who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal support professionals in the Business Litigation group
  • Draft correspondence and legal documents accurately and efficiently
  • Assemble and organize document productions for litigation matters
  • Maintain and manage case files, calendars, and client documentation
  • Handle electronic filings in compliance with state and federal court procedures
  • Ensure consistent communication and coordination with legal teams on active matters

Qualifications:

  • Previous law firm experience required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, deadline-driven environment
