Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary in its rapidly expanding Austin office. Candidates must have a significant understanding of Texas Court rules, docketing and e-filing procedures in both Federal and State Courts. Ideal candidates should have three or more years of experience working in a fast-paced defense firm. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with Travis County court procedures
- Significant knowledge of Court rules, docketing and e-filing procedures in both Federal & State Courts
- Experience preparing and filing legal documents
- Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys
- Proficient computer skills (Windows 10, Microsoft Office (2016); Filesite)
- Maintain ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal, analytical and organizational skills
- Candidate should possess a flexible work approach, handling multiple priorities and deadlines as priorities change while working both in team setting and independent
- Compulaw experience is beneficial
