LHH is seeking a full-time Litigation Legal Assistant for our valued law firm client in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must possess strong litigation legal assistant skills, including document management, online research, record review and summary, drafting for attorney review, and document production. If you are organized and detail-oriented, please submit your resume.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Obtains and manages client documents, including electronic data; ability to conduct online research and utilize electronic resources

  • Reviewing and summarizing records

  • Effectively and regularly drafts for attorney review

  • Consistently and accurately identify and prepare all documents for production including redacting for privileged and confidential information

  • Effectively assists in preparation for trial including managing exhibits and all evidentiary matters, witness lists, files and subpoenas, coordinates and attends witness prep meetings; assists at trial.

  • Scheduling hearings, depositions

  • Able to juggle multiple assignments and/or deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor and timely seeks assistance when needed

  • Willing and capable to offer assistance to others when needed


Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience

  • Must have 2+ years of law firm experience as litigation legal assistant

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Respond promptly to attorney and client requests for service and assistance; meet commitments

  • Complete tasks on time; commit to the hours necessary to complete assignments

  • Able to work with a team and independently

  • Excellent computer skills



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
