Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys handling labor and employment litigation matters
- Prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials
- Manage attorney calendars, including court dates, depositions, meetings, and travel
- E-file documents with state and federal courts using appropriate platforms (eg, CM/ECF)
- Organize and maintain case files, including document management and deadline tracking
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel professionally and efficiently
- Assist with time entry, expense reporting, and billing processes
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience (employment law background a plus)
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, calendaring, and court rules
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
