Legal Administrative Specialist Government Relations & Litigation Support
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Specialist to support a team of Government Relations Advisors and attorneys focused on construction and regulatory litigation. This is a high-impact role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys being a key player in a collaborative legal team.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for attorneys and advisors
- Handle e-filing and e-recording across multiple jurisdictions
- Format, style, and edit legal documents with precision and professionalism
- Assist with time entry and billing coordination
- Serve as a communication hub between attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of law firm experience, with a strong preference for litigation support; construction litigation experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with legal tech platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-demand environment
- A positive, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Pay range and compensation package
$50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
