- Support 3-4 attorneys and assist paralegals
- Save correspondence communication, draft discovery and pleadings
- Handle expense reports, attorney timekeeping, and calendaring deadlines
- Prepare for trials and file in state and federal courts
- Communicate with clients and courts, edit and proofread documents
Qualifications:
- Legal assistant/secretary experience
- Experience in insurance defense preferred
- Proficiency in expense reports, attorney timekeeping, and calendaring deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
