About the company: Our law firm client is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-4 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience to join its dynamic team. About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of labor & employment litigation experience, with a proven track record defending employers in state and federal courts against all types of labor and employment litigation. Traditional labor law as well as advice and counsel experience is a plus.
Hybrid work arrangements are allowed and the position may be based in any of their Bay Area offices (San Francisco, San Rafael, or Walnut Creek). The annual base compensation range for this position is $190,000-$200,000 and offers a robust bonus structure to reward exceptional performance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of labor & employment litigation experience is required;
- Admission to the California bar is required;
- Experience with traditional Labor Law is preferred;
- Must have a distinguished academic record as well as strong legal research and communication skills.
