As a Litigation Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Handle a wide range of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring that their legal rights are protected and that they are fully informed about their legal options.
3. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
4. Conduct thorough legal research to support our clients' cases and stay updated on the latest developments in litigation law.
5. Collaborate with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure that all case-related tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
6. Maintain high standards of professional conduct and ethics while representing our firm and our clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Litigation Attorney position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a strong emphasis on arbitration.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
5. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively advise clients and advocate for their interests.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues and make sound legal judgments.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently manage caseloads with minimal supervision.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
