Location: Morris County, NJ
Salary: $135,000 - $225,000, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (1 day in office)
A prominent litigation firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level attorney to join its team at the associate or counsel level in its beautiful Southeast Morris County office. Practice Focus:
- General liability and casualty defense
- Commercial motor vehicle/trucking litigation
- Products and premises liability
- Corporate investigations and crisis response (national in scope)
- Pre-trial strategy, risk assessment, and client advisory work
Requirements:
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey; additional states a plus
- Experience managing files from intake through resolution
- Strong legal writing, research, and case analysis skills
- Confident handling depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial prep
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
