Focus:
- Handle a diverse caseload of insurance-related matters
- Represent clients in state and federal courts
- Manage cases from initial filing through resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Advise clients on risk management and compliance issues
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
Skill Set:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
- Strong background in bad faith defense work
- Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
