A well-regarded Florida-based law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Bonita Springs office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven litigator with a book of business who is looking to grow within a reputable firm that values professionalism, collaboration, and results.

The firm handles a broad range of complex litigation matters and is known for its strategic advocacy, client-centered approach, and strong presence in the Florida legal market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation matters from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances


  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategy and deliver optimal outcomes


  • Maintain and grow a book of business while also contributing to firm-wide litigation efforts


  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and timely manner


  • Represent the firm and clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school


  • Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar


  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience


  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently


  • Portable book of business required


  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills


  • Excellent courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
