Responsibilities

As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Handle a diverse range of products liability cases, managing all aspects from inception through to conclusion.
2. Research and interpret complex legal issues related to products liability and provide sound legal advice to clients.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
4. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
5. Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Job Details

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a focus on products liability.
4. Proven experience in managing complex products liability cases from inception through to conclusion.
5. Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
